Park Row, north from Beekman Street, to the Brooklyn Bridge Approach, (near North William Street). (Also shown is the intersection of Centre Street and Park Row). In the foreground, is seen a portion of City Hall Park, with a minute portion of the City Hall on the extreme left, at its rear is observed the Hall of Records, and towering above all is the Municipal Building.
