Manhattan: Cherry Street - Rutgers Street

246 to 260 Cherry Street, north side, at Rutgers Street, as seen, north on Rutgers Slip (foreground) from Water Street. No. 250 and 248-246 appear in View No. 1, at and adjoining the N.W. corner while Nos. 256 to 260 appear in No. 2, at, adjoining and east of the N.E. corner. Also shown (a continuation of the Slip, when north of Cherry Street) is Rutgers Street of which Nos. 66 to 52 appear on the west side, north from Cherry to Monroe Streets. The small playground area shown in the foreground is in the center of the Slip and extends the length of the Slip (2 blocks) between South and Cherry Streets.
