Airports: La Guardia Field (Queens)--Viewing north toward the airport, before La Guardia Field was constructed. North Beach airport, a local field, is in the background, seen from Grand Central Parkway. View 2 is across Ditmars Boulevard and the Parkway; view 3 shows a crowd gathered at the westerly part of the field on the opening day.
