The New York Times of March 8, 1938 reports the sale of No. 11 West 57th Street, the former residence of Frederic A. Juilliard to the City Bank Farmers Trust Co., as trustee for Wm. Waldorf Astor. This structure is the 5-story ornate building shown in the center of this view.
