Manhattan: Madison Avenue - 27th Street (East)

Madison Avenue, west side, from 27th to 28th Streets, showing the Mott Memorial Library, a free medical library, at 64 Madison Avenue (the 3-story building). The building on the northwest corner of 27th Street is the Hotel Madison. Next come the Mott Memorial and the Columbus Apartments, both of which will be demolished about 1917 to make room for a wing of the Prince George Hotel. Above them are shown 72-76 Madison Avenue, two newly built office buildings. 1911.
