Manhattan: 13th Street (West) - 7th Avenue - [Rhinelander Row.]

(1) West 13th Street, south side, west from Seventh to Eighth Aves., showing at the S.W. corner of Seventh Ave., an empty lot; the site of the former "Rhinelander Flats". Between this lot and P.S. No. 16 are two small houses (Nos. 204 and 206) which have similar small buildings at their rears. These structures are owned by the Hoguet estate and undoubtedly were erected shortly after the Rhinelander row.
