Manhattan: 37th Street - Lexington Avenue

37th Street, north side, from Lexington Avenue to and including Park. Nos. 117 and 119 have just been sold by Mrs. A. M. Peters after having been in the family for fifty-four years. No. 119 is the 2-story garage. October 12, 1927. P. L. Sperr. According to the New York Times of March 29, 1938 the structures at the right, comprising a portion of a 60X90 plot at the N.W. corner of Lexington Ave. and East 37th Street, will be demolished and a new 14-story apartment house erected there at a cost of $500,000.
