1022-1024 Park Avenue, west side, between 85th and 86th Streets, showing doorway of the Stettinius house on the 85th Street corner, No. 1020, and part of 1026. The two brownstones, 1022-24, have been sold, and will later be replaced by more modern residences almost the same size, No. 1022 by the residence of Mrs. Reginald De Koven.
