Manhattan: Park Avenue - 85th Street

Park Avenue, north on west side, from 85th to 86th Streets. The house on the N. W. corner of 85th Street is the residence of the late Edward R. Stettinius, and the one above it belongs to Mrs. Reginald De Koven. The block still stands in 1935, although the Stittinius house was bought by a builder in August 1928 with the idea of demolishing it. February 30, 1928 P.L. Sperr, Photographer.
