Queens: Queens Boulevard - 63rd Avenue

Queens Boulevard (formerly 287 Hoffman Boulevard), between Sixty-third Ave. (right) and 62nd Drive (left). This house was formerly on the north side of the old Queens Boulevard Street line. When the street was widened it stood in the center thereof and because of this was either demolished or burned down. This is a set of four views. The occupants or owners were: M. Covert 1852-1860, Mrs. H. R. Covert 1873, Frost T. Covert Sr. 1873, and Frost T. Covert Jr. April 1922. Views 2 and 3: April 1923. View 4: February 1924. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
