Manhattan: Broad Street - Beaver Street

The Consolidated Stock Exchange Building in the last stage of demolition, 69-65 Broad Street, at the S.E. corner of Beaver Street. The proposed Lefcourt Exchange Building announced by the sign, will fail to materialize, and the 35-story International Telephone and Telegraph Building will occupy this site and later cover the entire block from Beaver to South William Streets. About 1926.
