Manhattan: 4th Street (West) - Charles Street

253-261 West 4th Street, east side, from rear of 59 Charles Street to and including Perry Street. 253, the little building, was erected since 1920. No. 261 is the 4th Street number of 52 Perry Street, an old apartment house. April 3, 1933. P. L. Sperr.
