Manhattan: 10th Avenue - 29th Street (West)

Tenth Avenue, at the N. E. corner of W. 29th Street, showing the New York Central Railroad's milk unloading yard site being pre- pared for the U. S. Parcel Post Building that is to rise here. This block site extends from 10th to 9th Avenues, between 29th to 30th Streets. Note the Empire State Building dominating the background. The white structure to the left is the recently erected Sears Roe- buck and Company building at the S. E. corner of 9th Avenue and W. 31st Street.
