Manhattan: 5th Avenue - 41st Street

(1) Fifth Avenue, east side, from 41st to 42nd Streets, from steps of the New York Public Library. In the foreground may be seen part of a picket line which was conducted for some weeks against the Fifth Avenue Omnibus Company in connection with the discharge of twenty-seven employees.
