Queens: Springfield Boulevard - 73rd Avenue

Springfield Boulevard (formerly Rocky Hill Road), east side, between Seventy-third Ave. (formerly Black Stump Road, Blck Road, and Cedar Lane), and Horace Harding Boulevard (formerly West Alley Road, Sixty-first Ave., and also Nassau Boulevard), showing an old unpainted farmhouse which was the residence of Thos. Valentine from 1873 to 1896. It was still standing in 1928. If standing in 1937, it would be on the east side of Springfield Boulevard between Sixty-seventh and Sixty-ninth Aves. January 1923.
