70 Pine Street, (Sixty Wall Tower): west side of Pearl Street, from Pine to Cedar Streets, showing a general view southeastward. The prominent structures are the 24 story, No. 101 Wall Street Building and the new U. S. Assay Office. The latter is on the north side of Old Slip, between Front and South Streets.
