Broadway, west side, from 59th to 57th Streets. In the foreground is the uptown building of the New York Journal. Below this is the General Motors Building. This was originally built about 1921 as a three-story building, and has just been remodelled into a 26-story building. About 1927. Herbert Photos, Inc.
