Manhattan: Bleecker Street - Perry Street

(1) 385-387, 387½ Bleecker Street, at and adjoining the N.W. corner of Perry Street. These frame houses probably date back to the time when this was the corner of George and Ogden Streets, 1803 or earlier. In 1811 Perry Street was known as Henry Street, but took its present name two years later. George Street did not become part of Bleecker Street until or after 1829. September 26, 1928. P. L. Sperr. (2) The same, three and a half years later. The frame houses have had a new coat of paint, and the shutters have been taken off.
