Queens: 4th Street - 27th Avenue

4th Street, at, and adjoining the N.E. corner of 27th Avenue, showing two old mansions. The corner house (right) was owned by J. Laroque in 1873, and the other by L. J. White. The latter was also known as the Homer Whittemore house, according to E. L. Armbruster. View 3 shows the Whittemore house only.
