25 to 17 Madison Ave., at, adjoining and south of the S.E. corner of East 25th Street, showing the demolition of 3 buildings that stood here. They were the Madison Ave., the Farragut and the Pullman Buildings. The Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., whose Annex occupies the balance of this block will utilize this site for construction.
