East River - Pier 9-10.

East River, piers 9-10 (Brooklyn), between Montague Street (left) and Pierrepont Street (right), showing pier 10 occupied by the Commonwealth and Dominion and also by the Cunard Line. In 1929 the Red "D" Line was the occupant. On the west side of the East River (Manhattan side) are seen piers 7 to 15 inclusive, and the downtown New York skyline. About 1926. Ewing Galloway.
