Manhattan: White Street - Baxter Street

White Street, north side, from Baxter (right) to Centre (left) Streets, as viewed northward across the cleared site for the new Criminal Courts (and prison) Bldg. This incorporates two square blocks which have just been cleared and are bounded by Centre, east to Baxter, and Leonard, north to White Streets. Thru the center runs Franklin Street.
