The frame structure, No. 210, has been sold by Jane Van Cleve to an adjoining firm which will occupy same, according to the New York Sun of April 28, 1938 in the first transfer of this property since 1862. The same buyer recently purchased No. 51 Crosby Street, directly to the rear.
