Richmond terrace, adjoining the N.E. corner of Bard Avenue, showing the Livingston depot of the Staten Island Railroad. This house, which has been converted into a railroad station, was the home of A. Livingston (Beers's 1874 map). The view is eastward. October 10, 1930. P. L. Sperr.
