1116 Richmond Terrace, adjoining the S. E. corner of Bard Avenue. The house belonged to F. G. Shaw in 1874; to the Bogart Estate in 1898, and again to the Shaw family from 1907 to 1917. Dates refer to maps on which the owners' names appear. July 5, 1932 P. L. Sperr
