Centre Street, north from and across Leonard Street, showing on opposite sides of this thoroughfare the Tombs and the old Criminal Courts Bldg. and their new sites. The latter incorporates two complete blocks east of Centre to Baxter Streets and north from Leonard, across Franklin to White Streets.
