Manhattan: 125th Street (West) - Amsterdam Avenue
Manhattanville: The home of Isaac A. Hooper, City Councilman from Carmansville in 1856-57. The late John J. Hooper, Register of the County of New York, lived here in his early boyhood, when this structure bore No. 75 Manhattan Street. It later became No. 513 West 125th Street, north side, west of Amsterdam (former Tenth) Ave. Today (1937), an apartment house stands on this site, and has from prior to 1922. Unknown date.
