Manhattan: Park Avenue - 69th Street
park Avenue, west side, north from 69th Street, showing at left the George S. Blumenthal residence, at S.W. corner of 70th Street. The buildings of old Presbyterian Hospital, between 70th and 71st Streets, are about to be demolished. On the N.W. corner of 71st Street stands the G.S. Brewster residence, which will be replaced by an apartment house. The tall apartment building on the N.W. corner of 72nd Street, in the right background, was erected in 1921. March 31, 1928. P.L.
