Manhattan: Church Street - 56th Street (East)

Church Street, west side, north from Park Place ("El" station) showing Eighth Avenue Subway construction on the west side of this thoroughfare. The Sixth Avenue "El" turns westward on Murray Street. In the Spring of 1939 this will be razed and a wide new boulevard-like street will appear. Views 2 and 3 are similar, tho the latter limits itself to the Murray Street locale.
