Manhattan: 9th Avenue - 18th Street

Nos. 122 to 112 Ninth Ave., at, adjoining and south of the S.E. corner of West 18th Street, showing a row of frame structures that nearly occupy the entire block front from 18th to 17th Streets and which will be demolished according to the New York Times of May 9, 1938 as a portion of planned site of a modern 6-story apartment house. This will rise on a plot 100 x 130 feet and will include two 4-story brick houses Nos. 366 and 364 West 18th Street; the side wall of one of these appearing on the extreme left of view No. 1. Views 2 and 3 show portions of this wooden row, some of which have brick fronts. This property has been sold by the Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank to the 364 West 18th Street Corporation for $100,000 through Eugene J.
