Cabrini Blvd., west side, north of W 181st Street, showing the estate of Dr. Chas V. Paterno being cleared, preparatory to the construction of a 12 story detached apartment structure which will cost $6,000,000; Geo. Fred Pelham Jr. being the architect. The castle-like home of this real-estate dealer was built of white marble in 1908 in a combined form of Roman and English architecture and is stated to have cost $500,00.
