Feast of Saint Anthony of Padua.

(1) Feast of St. Anthony of Padua, 1923, No. 7. Spectators on the balconies, 106th Street, north side, east of First Avenue, watching the procession. September 3, 1923. P. L. Sperr. (2) No. 8. The tower, a colossal monument, probably of papier mâché, on a wooden skeleton. It is carried in the procession. Surmounting the whole is a statue of St. Anthony. The tower is here pictured on 106th Street, just east of First Avenue, the day before the procession. To the right may be seen the boat, in the position in which it was pictured in No. 1.
