Manhattan: Park Avenue - 41st Street

Grand Union Hotel, Park Avenue, east side, from 41st to 42nd Streets, also showing the new Grand Central Station and the old spur of the Third Avenue Elevated, which will be taken down in 1924. The Grand Union was to a great extent built by acquisition of old houses in the block, intervening walls being knocked out and rooms remodelled. The whole is shown shortly before demolition.
