Manhattan: Madison Avenue - 39th Street (East)

269-71 Madison Avenue, east side, between 39th and 40th Streets, a new building, awarded silver medal. Trowbridge and Livingston were the architects. This building replaces two old residences. Its facade will be used in 1927 as the base for a 22-story office building. About 1921. Gift of E. M. Jenks.
