Manhattan: 7th Avenue - 12th Street (West)

Seventh Ave. (right), at the N.W. corner of West 12th Street (left) showing a northward view across a portion of the site upon which the "old Rhinelander Flats" stood until recently. The trees that stood in front of same still remain, shading playing children and hiding from view the two old Huguenot rear buildings at the rear of Nos. 204-06 West 13th Street. The peaked roof structure to the west of the latter is P.S. No. 16. This set consists of a positive and negative photostat of an original photograph that was discoloring in our files. July 19, 1937.
