Manhattan: 7th Avenue - 58th Street

Construction of the New York Athletic Club, Seventh Avenue, east side, from 58th to 59th Streets, showing also 175-145 West 58th Street, at, adjoining, and east of the N.E. corner of Seventh Avenue. The Barcelona, Salamanca, and Tolosa at the right, are the survivors on 58th Street of the Spanish Flats; the first two named will soon give way to the Essex House; the Tolosa is also marked for destruction.
