Manhattan: Broadway - John Street

(1) Broadway, east side, north from but not including John Street to Park Row. On the extreme left, appears the United States Post Office, with the 25-story St. Paul building and the 7-story, ornate, Chase National Building (National Park Branch) preceding. December 27, 1936. On the extreme left, appears a portion of the Chase National Bank, with the 6-story United Building adjoining (N.E. corner of Fulton Street). December 27, 1936. P. L. Sperr. (3) A view of the stores in the 10-story building, No. 204-210 Broadway, at the S.E. corner of Fulton Street. This property has been leased for 21 years. The present structure is to be demolished and a 2-story building constructed on its site. December 27, 1936. P. L. Sperr. No. 204-210 Broadway (also No. 156 Fulton Street), the building to be razed is the former home of the Evening Post.
