Northern Boulevard, at the N.W. corner of 147th Street. This house appears on the 1891 atlas by Wolverton, but ownership is not indicated. Note the cone-shaped balcony and the sign in front which reads: Home of Salted Nuts. P. L. Sperr April 13, 1927
