Manhattan: Washington Street - Rector Street

Washington Street (thru the center, from fore to background) south from Rector Street (foreground, not seen) to Battery Park. Beyond the latter is the Upper Bay and Governor's Island. At the right is the new Downtown Athletic Club towering the partially constructed United Fruit Bldg. To the left on Greenwich Street are the rears of the Cunard, the Bowling Green and the Washington Buildings.
