University Club, Madison Avenue at S.E. corner of 26th Street. This is the old Jerome residence, owned by Lady Randolph Churchill, daughter of Lawrence Jerome and sister of William Travers Jerome. It was occupied from 1866 to 1881 by the Union League Club, and is being occupied by the University Club from about 1884 to 1898. About 1890. Brown Brothers.
