Manhattan: South Street - James Slip

South street (foreground, buildings there upon), north side, east from James Slip (left, not seen in Nos. 1 and 2) to Pike Slip (under the Manhattan Bridge). The prominent structure seen is the plant of the New York Journal and American news paper. To the north of same will rise a large slum clearance project structure known as Knickerbocker Village.
