12th Street, east side, north from 27th Avenue, showing a row of fashionable homes. The corner house is a Blackwell house, having been owned by R. M. Blackwell in 1873. The other homes were the property of C. R. Trafford. 12th Street was formerly Remsen Street. P. L. Sperr June 2, 1927
