150th Street, west side, north from about One Hundred Forty-seventh Avenue, showing in a set of three views the C. Nicklaus property and farmhouse of 1913. Other owners were I. Smith, 1860; J. L. Smith, 1873; and J. Smith 1891. The location of this house with no outbuildings standing in 1931 is south of One Hundred Forty-sixth Avenue, between 150th and 151st Streets and occupies lot 18 in block No. 4238. 1922 Views 1,2 and 3 Eugene L.
