Thirty-ninth Ave. (Ashburton Ave.), south side (this Ave. is at the rear of this mansion), between 222nd Street (Edgewater View Lane (left)), and 223rd Street (right), showing the mansion of E. A. Lawrence, 1860; F. N. Lawrence, 1873; and Col. E. N. Lawrence in 1891. This structure was erected in 1812. This is a set of four views. January 1923. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
