39th Avenue, at about 49th Street. This is one of the many small homes in the Sunnyside Gardens model community built by the City Housing Corporation. The number 39-26 on the doorway indicates that this dwelling is just south of 39th Avenue on any of the streets from 40th to 50th Streets, which comprise the development.
