A general view northeast from about 55th Road and Maurice Ave., showing in the foreground a gypsy camp at the foot of Mt. Prospect, which is now commonly known as the Ridgewood Plateau. The area in this set of four views is bounded on the right by Newtown Ave., in the foreground by Maurice Ave., and in the background by 58th Street.
