59th Drive (along line of fence), east of 63rd Street (left not seen), showing in the background a part of the former Alden Sampson and Sons oil cloth factory. Most of it was demolished prior to 1929. Alden Sampson and Sons were owners from 1873-1896, and one Linnbergard owned it in 1924.
