82nd Street, east side, between 30th and 31st Aves., showing the Duryea-Hazard house. It was erected about 1750 by Judge James Hazard of the Court of Common Pleas. It was subsequently purchased by the Duryea family and remained in the family until it was demolished prior to 1927. If standing in 1938 it would occupy lot four in block 151. This is a set of two views. -- Arthur White.
