Brookville Boulevard, at the N. E. corner of 141st Avenue. The house is located on property which belonged to V. Mount in 1891. The house itself does not appear on Wolverton's map of that year. It appears on Hyde's 1918 map. March 9, 1927 P. L. Sperr
