Grand Avenue (old numbers 108-114), north side, between 64th Street, and Remsen Place, showing the Long Island House (peaked roof) which was the property of Louis Reitzel in 1873. Grand Avenue at this point was Maspeth Avenue in 1873. John Reitzel, a batchelor occupied the premises in 1934.
